Quick Start Guide to Send a VOX©
VOXing in 60 Seconds!
Open up the QuickVOX
This is where you write and send your anonymous VOX message. You will instantly notice that this is similar to composing an email.
Address Your VOX Message
In the QuickVOX window, type in the VOX address of your recipient. This can be their email address or their custom VoxID.
Enter the Subject Title of Your VOX Message
Just like an email, type in the title of your message in the subject line. If you need help composing a VOX or just short on time, simply use the VOX Templates for a list of pre-formatted VOX messages.
Click the down arrow for preformatted examples of a VOX message.
Type in Your VOX Message
Simply type in a brief message in the VOX Message box on the right of the QuickVOX.
If you had previously selected a VOX Template will automatically fill in the VOX Message.

To view your VOX Message on a larger screen, select the magnifying glass in the bottom right corner.

Are you a VOX Member or New User
Next, choose how you will send your VOX. Either as a VOX Member or as a New User. If "New User" is selected, please the enter the email address that you'd like to receive any notifications of follow-up responses sent to you by the recipient of your initial VOX message.
There are two reasons why VOXopolis requires your email address.
The first reason is to allow interactive anonymous communication between you and the recipient of your VOX message. Only VOXopolis will know your email address. The receiver of your VOX Message will receive an ID such as "E349N52."
The second reason is to protect every user of the VOXopolis service to verify that VOX messages sent through VOXopolis are from you and not a spammer or some other malicious person.
Adding an Attachment to your VOX Message
Click the Attach button and link your document, video or picture to your VOX. You may add up to 5 files at a time and up to 10mb in total size.
NOTE: The file types allowed are PDF, DOC, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, MOV, QT, & WMV. If you do not want your file tracked back to the file creator, before attaching your file, remove any "file creation identification" (typically found in Options, Preferences, etc.).
Notice that the file is now attached. Click the "X" to close the window.
Select "VOX it!" to Send
A Confirmation Email Will Be Sent to Your Email Address
Activate your VOXfree account
Click on the link in the email message to activate your VOXfree account and your VOX Message will be sent.
